1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "pkpo" refers to the online betting and gaming platform accessible at pkpo.io, including all associated products, services, interfaces, and content.
• "Platform" means the pkpo website, mobile browser interface, and any other digital channel through which pkpo services are accessed.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a wager through the pkpo platform.
• "Account" means a registered user account opened on the pkpo platform for the purpose of accessing betting and gaming services.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any monetary stake placed by a user on any sportsbook market, casino game, slot title, or esports event available on the platform.
• "Wallet" means the internal account balance held by pkpo on behalf of a registered user, funded through approved deposit methods.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a user's external payment method (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) into the user's pkpo Wallet.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a user's pkpo Wallet to an external payment method registered to that user's account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive offered by pkpo to eligible users, subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any action by a user that violates these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, account manipulation, and use of automated betting systems.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to persons include natural persons and legal entities. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open a pkpo account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (corporate entities may not register personal betting accounts).
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the pkpo platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of pkpo.
• You are not registered in a jurisdiction where online betting is expressly prohibited by local law applicable to you.

Each user may hold only one (1) registered account on the pkpo platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed, with any balance subject to review and potential forfeiture if fraudulent activity is detected. If you discover that a duplicate account has been created under your identity without your consent, contact pkpo support immediately at [email protected].

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and the payment method you intend to use for deposits. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change. pkpo is not responsible for errors or delays caused by inaccurate information provided at registration.

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkpo account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. pkpo will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. Any wager placed using your account credentials is your sole financial responsibility, regardless of whether the wager was placed by you personally or by another individual who gained access to your account through your negligence or deliberate disclosure.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must:

• Change your password immediately via the account settings panel.
• Contact pkpo's 24/7 support team via live chat at the earliest opportunity.
• Provide any information requested by pkpo's security team to assist with the investigation.

pkpo employs SSL encryption, password hashing, session expiry controls, and automated fraud detection. However, pkpo cannot guarantee absolute security and is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the user has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

pkpo supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by users in Bangladesh: bKash, Nag ad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the pkpo platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposit processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits typically settle within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the issuing institution.
• Withdrawal processing time: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Currency: All transactions on the pkpo platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).
• Withdrawal method matching: Withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the pkpo account. pkpo does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Verification: pkpo reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of verification checks.

pkpo does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (such as bKash or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, for which pkpo bears no responsibility.

Funds deposited into your pkpo Wallet are held for the purpose of placing wagers on the platform. pkpo does not pay interest on wallet balances. If your account remains inactive for a continuous period of 12 months, a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 may be applied to your balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

5 Betting Rules and Wager Settlement

All bets placed on the pkpo platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game, or market. These rules are published within each product section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. pkpo reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has started where live data feeds indicate a delay.
• Odds: Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• Void bets: pkpo may void a bet where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where the outcome cannot be determined. Staked amounts for voided bets are returned to the user's Wallet.
• Settlement timing: Bets are settled as soon as reasonably practicable after the conclusion of the relevant event. pkpo uses official results from recognised governing bodies (ICC, BCB, BPL, ESIC, and equivalent organisations) to settle bets.
• Disputes: If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of settlement by contacting pkpo support via live chat or email. Disputes raised after this period may not be accepted.
• Maximum payout: pkpo reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits to individual bets and cumulative winnings within a defined period. Applicable limits are communicated within the relevant product section.

pkpo is not responsible for losses arising from technical faults in a user's device, internet connection interruptions, or browser incompatibilities that prevent a bet from being placed or confirmed. Users are advised to verify bet confirmation on-screen before closing their browser session.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

pkpo may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and seasonal offers (including promotions aligned with Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and major cricket tournaments such as BPL and the ICC T20 World Cup) to eligible registered users.

The following general conditions apply to all pkpo promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to users who have a verified account in good standing.
• Each promotion is subject to a wagering requirement. The specific wagering multiple, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• pkpo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or disqualify a user from a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, or exploiting technical errors in the platform.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

Users of the pkpo platform are expected to engage with all products honestly, in good faith, and for personal entertainment purposes only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of wallet balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on the pkpo platform, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to an event on which bets are placed through pkpo.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate the outcome of casino games, including but not limited to multi-player poker variants and live dealer tables.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or miscalculated odds — any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to void and forfeiture.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose. pkpo cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and is required to report suspicious transactions.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, copying, or redistributing any content, data, or intellectual property from the pkpo platform without prior written consent.

pkpo's risk and compliance team monitors account activity on an ongoing basis. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, pkpo may freeze account access and wallet funds pending investigation without prior notice to the user concerned.

8 Responsible Gaming

pkpo offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users, accessible directly from the account dashboard without the need to contact support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your pkpo Wallet.
• Session time limits: Receive automated reminders and session cut-offs after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) to take a break from betting.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the pkpo platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

pkpo enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. Age verification may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts of users found to be under 21 will be closed and all funds returned, subject to verification of the deposit source. pkpo does not accept wagers from minors under any circumstances.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkpo platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, photographs, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and user interface designs — is the proprietary intellectual property of pkpo or its licensed third-party content providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkpo platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publish any platform content without express written permission from pkpo.
• Use any pkpo trademark or brand asset in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior consent.

10 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkpo's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with the platform, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkpo expressly disclaims liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Platform unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical faults, third-party service provider outages, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications infrastructure failure).
• Losses arising from a user's failure to read and comply with these Terms, individual game rules, or bonus terms.
• Actions of third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions) including payment delays, transaction failures, or fee charges.
• Any loss arising from the use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited or restricted under applicable local law.

pkpo makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of malicious code. pkpo does not warrant the accuracy of odds, scores, or statistics displayed on the platform, which are provided by third-party data feeds and are subject to latency and correction.

11 Privacy and Data Handling

pkpo collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pkpo.io/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms by reference and should be read alongside this document.

By registering an account on pkpo, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring.

pkpo does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary for the operation of the platform (such as payment processors and identity verification providers) or where required by law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

pkpo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect user rights, deposit/withdrawal conditions, or betting rules — pkpo will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the platform and, where possible, notifying registered users via the contact details held on their account.

Your continued use of the pkpo platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining wallet balance before the effective date of the change.

The version of the Terms in force at the time a wager is placed is the version that governs the settlement of that wager, regardless of any subsequent amendment.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the pkpo platform. pkpo operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and SSL-secured transactions.

If a complaint cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days, either party may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution procedure detailed in pkpo's complaints policy. pkpo's decision on betting disputes, following completion of the internal complaints process, shall be final and binding.
